Although inpatient hospital work has been, and substantially continues to be, competitively bid from plans completed by others, much of the medical field is transitioning into consulting, pre-construction services, and construction management.

We can review potential sites and conceptual plans for constructibility, and provide detailed accurate cost estimates from a space plan. We can also provide guidance on materials, and mechanical electrical design to ensure these cost estimates are maintained through project completion. Our construction services can further guarantee timely completion as intended.
