Construction of
treatment and residential facilities for chemical dependency,
developmental disabilities, and mental health has been a significant
portion of our work volume for over 20 years.
Although we continue
to perform the construction work, we are increasingly assuming
additional responsibilities for program management. We can assess
facilities considered for acquisition, evaluate existing facilities
for capital improvements or alterations required by clinical or
program changes. And can provide hard numbers for workable capital
budgets.
These capital budgets
can transition to construction management to achieve the desired
results at the cost and time required. We can convert what appears to
be vague and complex to the achievable and concrete.
